City of Albany awards SACAL Global Solutions contract for Hazardous materials and Asbestos Containing Materials Surveys of Properties and facilities. Under the contract SACAL shall provide AHERA accredited inspectors and perform inspections, surveys, sampling, testing, evaluation of laboratory analytical data and reporting of nuisance properties scheduled for demolition.
