Rehabilitation of the MWA Wastewater Treatment Facilities

Macon Water Authority awards The Haskell-SACAL team the Design/Build Contract for the rehabilitation of the Authority’s Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The project involves the expenditure of about $35 million to renovate the Lower Poplar Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) and the Rocky Creek WRF. The design/build process will take place in two phases. Phase one is the design phase, which consists of preliminary design, detailed design, and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction. Phase two is the construction phase.
