The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast (NAVFAC SE), has awarded SACAL Environmental & Management Company (SACAL) an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to provide Environmental Remedial Action Operations/Long Term Management (RAO/LTM). Under the agreement, SACAL shall provide environmental support, including but not limited to assessments, investigations, shoreline protection, landfills, soil and groundwater monitoring and treatment, waste management, GIS, emergency response, design, repair, construction and remediation.
